How I Got Google to Pay Me $130,000

$130,208.86. That’s what Google has paid me over the past few years.

Come to our June Nashville Internet Marketing meetup and we’ll discuss how you can get Google to pay you for having a great website.

And no, this is not some get rich quick scheme and there’s no pitch for you to sign up for anything. We’ll be discussing Google’s AdSense program which is one way that lots of people choose to monetize their websites.

Our schedule is:

1. Short presentation on Google AdSense
2. Group review of a website (post a comment or email me if you want your website reviewed)
3. Open discussion of anything related to Internet Marketing

Last month, our group reviewed the Allon Books website for author Shawn Lamb and her webmaster/husband Rob Lamb. It was Rob & Shawn’s 1st time at one of our meetings.

Rob said: “Ross, thank you for a very informative and challenging evening. We learned a lot from you and the other professionals that attended. I will implement the advice we determine is the most useful. I will be back for the June meeting.”

The reason we do these free website reviews is that it’s a great opportunity for all of us to learn from one another.

If we have time, I’ll also be reviewing stats from one of my clients: C and K Roofing. They’re a licensed Nashville roofing contractor that I redesigned their website and am running their Internet Marketing campaign. Their new website’s been live for over a month & I’ll share their results with the group.

Thanks to Alana Bryant, we’re meeting at 301 South Perimeter Park Dr. This is just off I-24 @ the Harding Exit on the southeast side of Nashville. From Downtown, take I-24 to the Harding Place exit & turn Left. Turn RT @ the 1st light on S Perimeter Park Dr (Applebee’s is @ the corner). Goto the end of the street. Our building is on the RT. Goto “Entrance B” & knock. We’re in the man Seminar Room & should be able to hear you. We’l also be checking the door regularly until the meeting starts.
